C3 Comics is an independent comic book publishing company based just outside of Washington D.C. We have been operational, in one form or another, since 1997. Beginning in ’97, Founder and President, David Welcher, gathered a group of aspiring creators for brainstorming sessions after school in the student library every Tuesday and Thursday evenings, thus officially giving birth to Death 7 Productions. Needless to say a lot has changed since then. The name has changed from Death 7 Productions to New Creation Comix to Vortex Unlimited to 2nd Wave Productions to, Crucial Crisis Comix, to Graphic Illusions Comics and finally back to a variation of Crucial Crisis Comix…C3 Comics; which is a subsidiary of Second Wave Studios, LLC. C3 Comics currently publishes INTREPID, Shonen Double Feature, IV: Armageddon and No One To Save with many more titles planned in the coming years.

No One To Save is just the perfect example of taking the classic superhero genre and putting a fresh new take on the experience. I had no idea what I was going into when buying this book, I just gave a quick glance to the cover and art and said, yeah I’m in. And that was the best type of voyage going into this book.
It’s like a “what if” Superman story about how a character of that standards would handle a zombie apocalypse. Without giving any spoilers, this goes into the moral code of a super hero, the peoples view on our hero and the bizarre, hilarious and violent take on this whole new world. So much good material to ponder and topped off with some brilliant black and white artwork. A thinking man and woman’s type of story. This is a must have book for your digital comic book library.
